So, one of my best friends has recently had a baby...he is very pretty. I made him this snail teddy/stuffed animal in the days leading up to his birth. I like it a lot, and I believe he likes it too. The measurements are 26 cm by 16 cm. And the owl and turtle fabric come from a Berlin based children's fabric shop called HeimatKinder, I was in the shop for nearly an hour trying to chose out of a massive selection of beautiful fabrics! Here is their blog, if anyone is interested in buying children's fabric in Berlin. http://www.heimatkinder.blogspot.de/
This proves that you can save seed from a store bought vegetable or scotch bonnet chili in this case and then plant it and it will grow. My scotch bonnet took a long time to germinate. It was the last to sprout, so don't get disheartened if nothing shows even when everything else is already sprouting. Keep it warm and moist and it will soon come creeping up and turn into a giant!
This is a stop frame animation I have been working on for the past couple of days. Finally I think that I can leave it without any more editing. Ok, the music is by the sooperb Ratface. If you don't know his music then I urge you all to check it out at http://ratface-uk.bandcamp.com, he has just put out a new mix tape, from which I have used the track "Harder" for this film.
